Unopened Returns

• Possible within 30 days after receiving the goods.
• Returns are processed within 4-5 working days.
• A 100% refund of the purchase amount, minus €5, is provided for total purchases up to €90. For purchases over €90, we charge €15 for the return processing.
• In case of cancellation of a purchase by credit card/PayPal, we unfortunately have to charge a 3% refund fee.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are to be paid independently.

Opened Returns

• In case of cancellation of a purchase by credit card/PayPal, we unfortunately have to charge a 3% refund fee.

Right of Withdrawal for Delivery of Non-Customized Goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Monroe AG (Ltd.)), Attn: SNAPMAG, Roosstrasse 53, 8832 Wollerau, Switzerland) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Compliance with the Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest point in time.
